California Budget Crisis

So basically, our home state tyrannical republicans are about to spend a bunch of money we don't have to shut down a whole host of state public works projects and then turn around and spend a whole bunch more to start them back up again. Because they can. Sociopaths, anyone? (h/t Atrios)
